Being the sole agent for GETAC in SA – devices are imported in “no-time”, and they have the technical knowledge to help out immediately in the Unlikely event that customer support is required. All the GETAC devices comes with great warranties. The warrantees are needless in my experience, since I can almost guarantee you that it will not be called upon – the device will outlast the warrantee period by far!
